The 3:10 to Turkey

What is going on between Turkey and Syria is incredibly interesting prophetically. I have clearly stated that Turkey will be Ground Zero for the rise of the Antichrist. You probably are already aware that he will rule over a ten nation confederation, ultimately advancing that position to world-wide dominance, but his start will be taking over three of the ten as his personal dominion. Turkey will be one, Syria another, and the third likely Iraq (but maybe Lebanon).

I am not saying that current events are precipitating the rise of the Antichrist, but I am saying that something like what is happening will likely happen just as the Antichrist is rising. The result of that something will be three nations, including Turkey and Syria being under one head. Are we already on board the 3:10 to Turkey?

Definitely interesting. I went back and re-read some of your earlier posts on the subject. Is it indicated exactly how antichrist will take over Syria and Iraq/Lebanon? Will it be by force or diplomacy? It's been interesting to see how the hard line dictator's are being removed from the other nations. Ghadaffi, Mubarak and others who would never have yielded thier personal kingdoms to another leader have all been removed. Will Assad be removed by Syrians or Turkish troups remains to be seen. And just to clarify a point. The Holy Spirit must be removed before any of antichrists takeovers happen correct? The restrainer must be out of the way to no longer oppose his rise if I understand clearly.

No Heanous, nothing definitive is stated regarding how the Little Horn rips out or displaces three others, but it does seem violent since they are ripped out by the roots (Dan 7:8). There have been bloodless seizings of power before (e.g. Hitler's of Germany, Austria, and Czechoslovakia) which could be demonstrative of how the Antichrist might accomplish it, but really, it's anyone's guess.

The Arab Spring, in conjunction with the Greek Funk, make this a very ripe time for the advent of the Antichrist (not to mention Hitler's passing in '45 and Israel's rebirth in '48!). I'm not certain that the Holy Spirit in the Body of Christ has to be removed (2 Thess 2:7) before the uprooting of the three, or the confederation of the ten (Rev 17:16-17), although I think it likely. Otherwise there would be little uncertainty about the time of the Lord's return (Matt 24:36)
